This covers what happens to information you send us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

This page is about the website. It is a separate document from the Notice of Privacy Practices covering residents' health information, which we provide at admission and which is available from us on request. If you are asking about a resident's medical records, that is the document you want — please call us.
What we collect
When you use a form
Our enquiry form collects your name, telephone number, and optionally your email address, your relationship to the person needing care, a rough timeframe, and whatever you choose to write in the message box. Our careers form collects your name, telephone number, email address, the role you are interested in, your certifications and availability, and whatever you choose to write. There is no file upload on this website, so we never receive documents through it.
Please do not send us health information through this website. Email is not a secure channel, so our forms deliberately ask for as little as possible and tell you not to include diagnoses, medications or medical records. If you do include such details anyway, we will handle them carefully, but the safe route is always a phone call.
The self-assessment questionnaire
The “Is it time to think about care?” questionnaire on our home page runs entirely in your own browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never seen by anyone. Closing the page discards them.
Automatically, when you visit
Our web server keeps standard access logs — the page requested, the time, your browser type, and your IP address. These exist for security and for diagnosing faults. We also record a one-way, salted hash of the IP address of anyone submitting a form, purely to rate-limit automated spam. That hash cannot be reversed to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no third-party analytics. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
Why we collect it
- To call you back about a visit, a placement, or your application.
- To answer the question you asked us.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to keep spam out of our inbox.
We do not use anything you send us for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead-generation or referral services. Some enquiry websites for senior living do exactly that; we do not. Your details are seen only by the people who work here.
A small number of service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf:
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its logs.
- Our email delivery provider, which transmits form submissions to us.
- Optionally Cloudflare Turnstile, if enabled, to distinguish people from bots on our forms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask and we will delete yours.
- Job applications: kept for up to twelve months so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
- Server and spam-prevention logs: a short rolling period, then overwritten.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@happycarehomeplus.com or call (316) 932-3615 and we will deal with it. You will not need to explain why.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are validated on our server, the site accepts no file uploads at all, and access to submissions is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, which is precisely why we ask you not to send health information through a web form.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page.
