Schedule a Visit Pay Now (316) 932-3615 House: (316) 295-3821

Seven residents. You will know every one of them.

If you have worked a hall of thirty in a large facility, you already know what is wrong with it — you spend your shift running, and you never get to actually care for anyone. This is the other kind of job.

What is different about a small home

Why caregivers stay here

A caseload you can hold

A 1:4 daytime ratio instead of one to sixteen. You learn how each resident takes their coffee, and you have time to sit down with them.

The work you trained for

Care, not crisis management. You will not spend the shift apologising to families for things outside your control.

Certification supported

If you have the temperament but not the certificate, we will talk. We would rather train the right person than hire a certificate.

Predictable scheduling

Consistent shifts, posted ahead. We do not run the place on last-minute mandatory overtime.

A nurse who answers

Nursing is on staff, so when something changes with a resident you are not guessing or waiting on an agency callback.

A house, not an institution

You will cook, eat and sit in the same rooms as the residents. Most people who come from large facilities say this is the part they did not expect to miss.

Open positions

Roles we are hiring for

If you do not see your role but you think you would fit here, apply anyway and tell us why. We keep good applications on file.

Caregiver / CNA

Tell us about yourself

The form is short on purpose — no uploads, no account to create, and no applicant tracking system. If it looks like a fit we will call you, and the first conversation is with the person you would actually work for.

You are welcome to walk in and ask for an application instead, or call (316) 932-3615. Some of our best caregivers found us that way.

What happens after you apply

  • We read every application ourselves
  • If it looks like a fit, we call you within a few days
  • You come and see the house and meet whoever is on shift
  • Background check and references, as Kansas licensure requires
  • Offer, start date and training on each resident's care plan

Application

No certification yet is not a barrier for every role — tell us anyway.

A few sentences in your own words tells us more than a résumé does.

We use what you send here only to consider your application. We do not sell or share it, and we do not ask you to upload any files. See our privacy notice.
